ALL MENUS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: YOUR CHOICE OF TWO SIDE ITEMS, CLYDE'S HOMEMADE PICKLES, TEA & LEMONADE, LOCALLY BAKED SANDWICH BUNS, TEXAS TOAST, AND YOUR CHOICE OF TWO OF OUR HOMEMADE BARBECUE SAUCES.
PLATES, UTENSILS, NAPKINS, ICE, AND CUPS ARE ALSO INCLUDED.
Other Things to Know
We require at least 24 hours notice for all full-service deliveries and 5 days on full service caterings.
Deliveries: Minimum of 15 people and a $35 delivery fee for all delivery orders. All delivery orders greater than $350 will be subject to a 10% delivery fee. Deliveries do not require a return equipment.
Full Service Catering: Minimum of 50 people. An additional 20% service charge (minimum of $250) will be added to all full service caterings. All full service caterings are buffet style.
Any delivery or full service catering that is more than 15 miles from downtown Chattanooga is subject to additional fees.
9.25% sales tax will be added to the total menu price and is not included on the prices listed. Gratuity is not includded on either delivery orders or full service caters, nor is it expected. It is however, always greatly appreciated by our awesome staff to reward them for a job well done!
